Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Minimum of one year experience as a Speech Language Pathologist.
• Current, unrestricted state license as a Speech Language Pathologist.
• Current BLS or CPR certification as per state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients' speech and language difficulties to determine therapy needs.
• Teach patients sound production and voice improvement techniques.
• Instruct alternative communication methods like sign language.
• Guide healthcare team members and caregivers on therapeutic exercises.
• Document patient progress and submit required visit documentation.
