Job summary

MGA Homecare is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide skilled nursing care in patient homes under physician orders, reporting to Case Managers and the Clinical Nurse Supervisor.

You will document care, perform assessments, administer medications, follow the plan of treatment, and coordinate with physicians to ensure safe, effective patient outcomes.

A valid RN license, good standing, reliable transportation, and ability to travel to home visits are required.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an approved nursing program and state license to practice.
• Experience delivering skilled nursing care according to physician orders.
• Ability to document care accurately and timely.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care per the plan of treatment and nursing care plan.
• Document clinical notes, orders, and care plans.
