Accounting Search in Oakdale, MN seeks a Registered Nurse to assess, plan, and deliver compassionate patient care. You will supervise support staff, coordinate with the care team, and ensure accurate documentation. The position focuses on wound care, IV therapy, medication management, and patient education for patients and families, in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an approved school of professional nursing.
• Licensed to practice as a registered nurse in the state of operation.
• One year of RN experience is required.
• CPR certification must be maintained.

Responsabilités

• Perform comprehensive nursing assessments addressing physical, emotional, psychosocial, and spiritual needs.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop, implement, and evaluate care plans.
• Provide skilled nursing interventions including wound care, medication management, IV therapy, and symptom control.
• Deliver education and emotional support to patients and families based on individual needs.
• Supervise LPNs/LVNs and home health aides while coordinating care and documentation.
• Respond to urgent needs, participate in admissions/on-call, and adjust plans as needed.
• Ensure accurate, compliant clinical records and high-quality, compassionate care delivery.
