Job summary

NHC HomeCare Chattanooga is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the Chattanooga, TN area. The role focuses on delivering compassionate home health care, using the nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care.

Requirements include an unencumbered RN license in Tennessee or a compact state, and a minimum of one year of RN experience. Experience in home care is desirable; we value teamwork with the interdisciplinary team to promote optimal health outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Educates patients and caregivers and documents ongoing needs.
