Job summary

Adoration Home Health in Manchester, TN is seeking a Home Health Registered Nurse to provide expert, patient-centered care in Coffee and Franklin Counties. This full-time role offers flexibility and growth within the BrightSpring Health Services family.

You will assess patients, create care plans, administer medications, educate families, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team. A valid RN license and CPR are required; home health or geriatrics experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse license with current unrestricted registration in the state of practice.
• One year nursing practice; home health or geriatrics preferred.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record, insurance.

Responsibilities

• Assess and monitor physical, emotional, and psychological needs of patients.
• Create home health care plans aligned with MD orders and patient goals.
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions.
• Provide pain and symptom management and educate families.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team and maintain documentation.
• Participate in on-call rotation as required by the local branch.
