Formación

• Experience in home health settings preferred.
• Licensed driver with current auto insurance and good driving record.

Responsabilidades

• Conducting thorough assessments and ongoing evaluations of patients’ physical conditions.
• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s needs.
• Providing therapeutic interventions, including manual therapy and exercises.
• Monitoring patient progress and adjusting care plans as needed.
• Building supportive relationships with patients and their families.
• Collaborating with the care team to ensure coordinated care.

Conocimientos

Exceptional communication skills

Patient-centered approach to care

Educación

Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program

Valid Colorado Physical Therapist license

Valid BLS Certification
