You will assess needs, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver hands-on interventions to help patients reduce pain, restore mobility, and regain independence.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active Florida Physical Therapist license (PT).
• Successful NPTE completion.
• Strong communication and patient engagement abilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive physical evaluations and functional assessments.
• Develop individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver hands-on interventions to reduce pain and restore mobility.
• Educate patients and families on home exercise and safe mobility.
• Adjust plans based on progress and needs.
• Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.
• Maintain accurate EMR documentation.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
