Job summary

Kaizen Lab Inc. is looking for a compassionate and reliable Personal Care Assistant (PCA) to join our home health care team in Atlanta, Georgia. In this role, you will help clients with personal hygiene and domestic tasks in their homes, ensuring their wellbeing and dignity.

The ideal candidate will have a High School Diploma or GED, PCA Certification, and at least 1 year of healthcare experience. The position has a pay rate of $13 per hour, with a schedule on Mondays and Tuesdays from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of full-time professional experience in a healthcare setting.
• Completion of at least 8 hours of personal care-related training annually.
• Willingness to comply with all legal and agency requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with basic personal hygiene and domestic tasks.
• Document clients' progress to ensure overall wellbeing.

Skills

CPR/BLS and First Aid Certification

Strong English communication skills

Housekeeping or domestic work experience
