Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensed to practice in North Carolina.

• Maintain CPR certification (BCLS).

• Must have valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Administers skilled nursing care per patient plan of care delegated by RN.
• Documents care and updates in the medical record and NetSmart system.
• Assists RN or physician with specialized procedures as needed.
• Maintains communication with supervisor and care team to ensure continuity of care.
• Rotates weekend, after hours, and holiday on-call as assigned.
