You’ll collaborate with families, maintain detailed documentation, and follow care plans to achieve outstanding clinical outcomes in patients’ homes.

Qualifications

• Active LPN/LVN license in the state of practice.
• CPR certification with hands-on component; assistance available after hire.
• TB skin test current within the last 12 months.
• Six months of hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required.
• Reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver private duty nursing care to pediatric and adult patients at home.
• Collaborate with families and clinicians to meet care plans.
• Document patient progress using Aveanna's in-home tablet.
• Maintain safety and infection control standards.
