Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice in Mobile, AL is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to provide intermittent skilled nursing care in patients' homes. You will follow physician orders and the established plan of care, educate patients and families, and collaborate with the health care team to deliver high-quality, in-home services.

This role requires a nursing degree, active state license, at least one year of nursing experience, and CPR certification.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an approved school of clinical education.
• Must be licensed in the state where they currently practice.
• Must have at least one year experience as a licensed nurse.
• Must have basic demonstrated technology skills, including operation of a mobile device.

Responsibilities

• Administer skilled nursing services to patients requiring intermittent professional services.
• Teach the patient, family, and other members of the health care team.
• Perform services in accordance with the physician's orders and the established plan of care (POC).
