ANGEL CARE HOME COMPANION SERVICES in the Town of Southold is seeking a compassionate and reliable Home Health Caregiver. You will provide personalized care and support to clients, assisting with daily living activities and promoting independence in a safe environment. The position involves meal preparation, light housekeeping, companionship, and possibly mobility support. Ideal candidates should have a high school diploma and previous caregiving experience, with certifications preferred, and will benefit from a flexible schedule and competitive salary.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous caregiving or home health experience preferred.
• CNA, HHA certification, or similar credentials required by state.

Responsabilidades

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Provide mobility support, including transferring assistance.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed.
• Perform light housekeeping.
• Monitor and report changes in client condition.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with medication reminders.
• Accompany clients to appointments or errands.
