All Ways Caring HomeCare in Ocala, FL is seeking caring Home Health Aides to support clients in their homes. You will assist with daily activities, companionship, and personal care while upholding dignity and independence.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• 6 months' caregiver experience (professional or familial).
• CNA/HHA certification or completion of HHA Competency Test (AWC).
• Current CPR certification.
• Level 2 Background Check through AHCA.
• TB clearance per state regulations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to handle confidential information.
• Reliable, accountable and able to work independently.
• Successful completion of pre-employment background check.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily activities as needed for clients at home.
• Provide companionship and social engagement.
• Assist with personal hygiene care.
• Assist with transportation to appointments or activities.
• Other light duties as assigned by the supervisor.
