Job summary

At Home Care Partners is seeking compassionate Home Health Aides to support clients in their own homes across Montgomery County, NY. As an HHA, you will assist with bathing, grooming, meals, light housekeeping, medication reminders, and companionship to help clients remain safe and independent.

We offer competitive hourly rates of $18–$22, same-day and weekly pay, PTO, holiday pay, a referral program, and multilingual office staff to support you and the families you serve.
