Professional Care Match in West Stockbridge, MA is hiring compassionate Home Health Aides to provide high-quality in-home care. Shifts are Monday to Friday, starting immediately, with on-site work and opportunities for professional development.

The role emphasizes patient comfort, safety, and respectful support in daily living activities. Successful candidates will have at least 2 years of HHA experience, strong communication, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Home Health Aide or in a similar role.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and handle a high-volume workload.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.

Responsabilités

• Assist patients with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation
• Provide companionship and support to patients, including engaging in activities and conversation
• Monitor patients' health and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate healthcare professionals
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients, including adhering to safety protocols
• Follow care plans and protocols as directed by healthcare professionals
• Other duties as assigned
