Modivcare is seeking a Home Health Aide (HHA) for North Andover, MA. Immediate opportunities are available for short-hour cases, with requirements including English proficiency and ability to drive to clients' homes. MA HHA or Personal Care Homemaker certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate effectively in English.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle.
• Active MA HHA or Personal Care Homemaker certification preferred.
• Willingness to work in North Andover and around client homes.

Responsibilities

• Provide comfort and companionship to clients in their homes.
• Assist with daily activities (dressing, bathing, meals) and mobility support.
• Assist with light housekeeping and maintaining a clean, safe living environment.
• Provide medication reminders and support healthy routines as needed.
• Communicate concerns and escalate safety issues when necessary.
• Be a friendly, reliable presence and maintain professionalism.
