Job summary

Virtua Health in Marlton, NJ is seeking a Home Health Aide to assist with personal care, mobility, and household tasks under the supervision of the RN. You will document care provided and support the plan of care to maintain the patient’s health status.

The role requires HS diploma or equivalent, completion of an HHA course, and NJ HHA certification with CPR/BLS. A valid driver’s license is required; the position offers comprehensive benefits and competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• Home Health Aide or Nurse Aide experience preferred.
• Successful completion of State Certified Home Health Aide course.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care and household tasks per the plan of care.
• Document care provided and time sheets accurately.
• Communicate changes in patient status to RN promptly.
• Reinforce patient and family education on care, wellness and safety.
• Follow standard precautions and safety protocols.
• Participate in performance improvement activities and maintain competencies.
