Job summary

Professional Care Match in Hyannis, MA is seeking a Part-Time Home Health Aide to support patients in their homes across Hyannis and surrounding areas. You will assist with daily living activities, provide companionship, monitor health, and follow care plans and safety protocols.

Requires a minimum of 2 years of HH Aide experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Home Health Aide or in a similar role.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and handle a high-volume workload.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 50 pounds).
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and meal prep.
• Provide companionship and engage patients in activities and conversation.
• Monitor patients' health and report changes to healthcare professionals.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment and follow safety protocols.
• Follow care plans and protocols as directed by healthcare professionals.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
