Job summary

Synergy HomeCare of Cheshire seeks caring aides to join our team in delivering one-on-one client support across towns in our service area. You will assist with daily activities, light housekeeping, meal prep and medication reminders while building trust with clients and their families.

We value dependable caregivers who are punctual, communicate well, and can provide transportation to outings and appointments for clients who can no longer drive themselves.

Qualifications

• Access to transportation to travel to shifts in towns outside Naugatuck.
• Driver's license and car strongly preferred.
• A drive to help and connect with clients needing daily assistance.
• Dependable to provide one-on-one care for scheduled shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide one on one interaction with clients beyond physical tasks.
• Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
• Establish professional relationships with clients, families and coworkers.
• Provide reliable care by being punctual and covering shifts.
• Provide transportation to outings and appointments for clients who cannot transport themselves.
