Qualifications

• Current Home Health Aide certification or CNA license.
• Level II background screening.
• Current CPR certification.
• TB test completed within the past six months.
• Current physical examination with a statement confirming free of communicable disease.
• Reliable personal vehicle and valid driver’s license.
• Current automobile insurance.

Responsibilities

• Assisting clients with personal care and activities of daily living.
• Providing companionship and emotional support.
• Assisting with meal preparation and light housekeeping.
• Supporting mobility and safe transfers.
• Providing medication reminders within the caregiver’s permitted scope.
• Observing and reporting changes in the client’s condition.
• Maintaining accurate care documentation.
• Communicating regularly with the Home Health Works office team.
• Following each client’s established plan of care.
