Qualifications
- CPR/First Aid certification required.
- TB test negative required.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Social Security Card photocopy required.
- Proof of auto insurance.
- Reliable transportation required.
- CNA license or completed HHA competency test.
- Federal fingerprinting requirement.
- Physical.
- Bank slip or screenshot of bank account details.
Responsibilities
- Perform all duties outlined in the client’s care plan/service agreement.
- Assist with meals, homemaking, laundry, mobility, and walking.
- Kitchen and bathroom maintenance, toileting and personal hygiene assistance.
- Medication reminders.
- Routine transfer assistance and transportation/errand support.
