Qualifications

• Reliable transportation is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Perform ALL duties outlined in the client's care plan/service agreement.
• Assist with meal preparation, homemaking, and laundry.
• Provide toileting and personal hygiene assistance.
• Offer medication reminders and transfer assistance.
