Job summary

Angels Care Home Health in Conroe, TX is seeking a part-time Home Health Aide to support patients in their homes. The HHA works under a registered nurse, delivering personal care, observing and reporting health changes, and documenting care provided.

Candidates must be at least 18, have a state-approved training, a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and preferably 1 year of HHA/NA experience or CNA program completion. We offer benefits and equal opportunity employment.

Qualifications

• Must meet the State training requirements.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Must have current driver’s license.
• Reliable transportation with valid auto liability insurance.
• At least one year of Home Health Aide or Nursing Assistant experience; or CNA program completion.
• Ability to read and write in English and follow written/verbal instructions.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal healthcare and related services to clients in their home.
• Maintain a safe, clean environment and observe patient health.
• Report observations to the supervisor and document care provided.
• Work under the direction of a registered nurse and assist family members as needed.
