Rising Sun Home Care in Royersford, PA is seeking a dedicated Home Health Aide (CNA) for a full-time day shift (9:00 AM to 5:00 PM) 7 days a week. The role focuses on providing in-home personal care, companionship, and support to clients in their own homes, with emphasis on safety, dignity, and adherence to care plans.

Qualifications include CNA certification (or ability to pass the PCA test) and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Must be a CNA or able to pass the Agency PCA Test.
• Certification in Personal Care (Pennsylvania) or equivalent.
• Proper Vehicle Insurance Coverage.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, ambulation, grooming, and personal care.
• Ensure client safety and security within the home environment.
• Assist with meal planning, preparation, housekeeping, and laundry.
• Provide companionship and respite care for families according to care plans.
• Escort clients to medical appointments and accompany shopping or errands as needed.
• Record daily activities, observations, and hours of service; follow care plans.
