Job summary
Right at Home in Bucks County is urgently hiring Experienced Home Health Aides to provide compassionate in-home care across Bensalem, PA and surrounding areas. Pay rate is $15.00-$17.00 per hour with a $1 weekend differential.
We offer flexible scheduling, same-day pay, training and a mentor program, plus a wonderful staff and family atmosphere. Duties include caring for ill or elderly clients, light housework, meal prep, medication reminders, companionship, personal care, and assisting with
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of professional home care experience.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
- Shift flexibility and willingness to travel to client homes.
- TB test or Chest X-ray within specified timeframe.
Responsibilities
- Caring for an ill, aging, or disabled person.
- Light housework, meal preparation, medication reminders, shopping and errands, companionship, and assistance with personal care services such as bathing, dressing and grooming.
- Primarily work in the client's place of residence; travel is required.
- Shift times, days and activities vary with client needs.
- Be willing to work with Hospice patients.
- Alzheimer's and Dementia experience a plus.
