Job summary

Apploi is seeking Home Health Aides (HHA) to provide compassionate in-home care to clients in the Boston area. The role supports clients with daily living activities and personal tasks, ensuring safety and comfort in their homes.

We offer on-demand pay, trained staff, and opportunities for growth. Part-time and full-time day, weekend, evening, and overnight shifts are available to fit your schedule.

Qualifications

• High school degree or GED is required.
• Six months experience as an HHA/PCA in health care is required.
• State-approved Nurse Aide/HHA/PCA course or equivalent is required.
• Competency Evaluation meeting state licensing laws is required.
• Reliable transportation is required.
• Driver's license and car insurance are required.
• COVID vaccination is required.
• HHA certificate is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs, including bathing, dressing and toileting.
• Assist with IADLs, including meal preparation, light housekeeping and laundry.
