Job summary

AdvisaCare is seeking Home Health Aides to provide private duty in-home care in the Grand Rapids/Alto area. You will deliver 1-on-1 care, assist with activities of daily living, and help clients remain comfortable at home.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, CPR certification, and the ability to pass a background check. Enjoy flexible scheduling and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel within service area.
• Able to work independently with integrity and good communication.

Responsibilities

• Assistance with bathing.
• Slide board transfers.
• Range of Motion (approx 15 minutes).
• Commode assistance.
• ADL assistance.
• Light housekeeping and meal preparation as needed.
• Drive handicap van as needed (clients may drive themselves).
