Nova Leap Health is seeking reliable, compassionate Caregivers to join our growing team. You will provide individualized, one-on-one home care to help seniors stay safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes.

We offer flexible scheduling, local travel, and opportunities for ongoing training. CNA certification is preferred; prior caregiving experience is required, and a valid driver's license is helpful.

Qualifications

• Previous caregiving, home care, or personal care experience is required
• CNA certification preferred but not always required
• Strong communication and compassionate bedside manner
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license when needed

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized, one-on-one care in clients' homes
• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming)
• Assist with transfers, mobility, and reminders for medications
• Prepare meals, assist with light housekeeping and laundry
• Provide companionship and monitor client wellbeing and safety
• Transport clients to appointments or errands when needed
