Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with daily activities including moving in and out of beds and baths.
• Care for patients by cleaning and assisting with personal care.
• Maintain records of patient care and report observations to the supervisor.
• Build relationships with patients by conversing or reading aloud.
• Give medications and immunizations as needed.
• Engage patients in exercises or other activities.
