S & S Home Health Care Agency in New Jersey is seeking a compassionate Home Health Aide (HHA) to provide in-home care, assisting clients with daily living activities and helping maintain independence.

You will perform personal care, mobility support, light housekeeping, meal prep, and monitoring, while following care plans and documenting notes. CPR/First Aid is preferred, HHA certification required by state, and reliable transportation is important.

Qualifications

• Certified HHA or equivalent training as required by state regulations
• CPR/First Aid certification (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care tasks (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
• Assist with mobility around home and during appointments

• Follow care plans and maintain accurate client records
