Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of home health care experience.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and push/pull 250 pounds with assistance.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care assistance, including bathing, dressing, and grooming, as needed.
• Assist with daily living activities, such as meal preparation, light housekeeping, and medication management.
• Provide companionship and social support, engaging in activities such as conversation, reading, or watching movies.
• Assist clients with transfers, ambulation, and mobility as needed.
• Monitor clients' conditions and report any changes to the care team.
• Maintain accurate records of client care and services provided.
