All Ways Caring HomeCare is seeking compassionate Caregivers/Home Health Aides to support clients in Sun City, Surprise, Youngtown, El Mirage, Buckeye, Avondale, Peoria and surrounding areas. No prior experience is required; comprehensive orientation and ongoing training are provided to set you up for success.

Responsibilities include meal prep, light housekeeping, companionship, personal care, and transportation assistance.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; orientation and training provided.
• Eighteen years of age or older with a valid driver’s license.
• Effective verbal and written communication.
• Capable of handling confidential information.
• Accountable, reliable and able to work independently with good judgment.
• Successful completion of pre-employment background check.
