Job summary

Valley Home Care in the United States is seeking a compassionate Home Health Aide to support individuals in their homes, helping clients maintain independence while ensuring safety, comfort, and wellbeing.

Responsibilities include assisting with ADLs, providing companionship, monitoring changes, aiding mobility, light housekeeping, and strict confidentiality in line with HIPAA guidelines. No certification is required, and a caring attitude is valued.

Qualifications

• Experience in patient care is helpful but not required.
• Right attitude and a strong sense of responsibility.
• Ability to work independently while communicating effectively with a care team.
• No certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to create a positive and respectful environment.
• Monitor and report any changes in a client’s condition or behavior.
• Assist with mobility, including use of equipment such as Hoyer lifts when needed.
• Perform light housekeeping tasks such as laundry and general cleaning.
• Maintain confidentiality and follow HIPAA guidelines when handling client information.
