Job summary

Interim HealthCare Inc. is seeking a Home Health Aide to provide direct patient care in patients' homes according to the plan of care. You will help with daily living activities, monitor vital signs, and document findings to ensure quality, compassionate care.

Qualifications

• One year of verifiable health aide/healthcare experience.
• CNA or STNA or Home Health Aide (HHA) certificate preferred.
• Attention to detail; able to follow instructions and document notes regarding patient’s condition.

Responsibilities

• Providing direct patient care and assistance in accordance with the plan of care.
• Obtaining vital signs and other measurements as directed and documents findings.
• Aiding with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, oral hygiene, skin care).
• Recognizing and reporting abnormal findings or changes in patient status.
