EmmUcare Home Health is seeking dependable caregivers to join our team in Pringle, PA. As a Caregiver / Home Health Aide, you will help clients stay comfortable, supported, and independent at home, following care plans and performing daily tasks.

We offer flexible scheduling, training and development, and opportunities for advancement. Starting pay is $11–$13 per hour, with biweekly pay and benefits including health, dental, vision, and a 401(k).

Qualifikationen

• Compassion, patience, and respect for each client’s privacy and preferences.
• Dependability and clear communication with clients and the office.
• Ability to perform assigned care duties safely, with training and support.
• Reliable transportation to assigned visits and the ability to use a smartphone for timekeeping.

Aufgaben

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene.
• Support toileting and incontinence care while preserving dignity.
• Assist with mobility and transfers as directed in the care plan.
• Prepare meals and help with light housekeeping and laundry.
• Provide companionship, conversation, and encouragement.
• Offer medication reminders according to the care plan.
• Report changes in a client’s condition or needs to the office.
• Record completed care tasks and clock in and out using our electronic visit verification system.
