Job summary

Caring Hand Home Health Solutions, Inc. is seeking per diem Certified Home Health Aides to provide compassionate in-home care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse in Sacramento, CA. You will assist with daily personal care, safety, and comfort to support patients’ independence and recovery.

We offer a per diem schedule with pay per visit ($30–$40). Possibility to convert to full-time based on performance; schedule and benefits vary by assignment.

Qualifications

• California HHA certification required.
• CPR (AHA) certification required.
• Valid driver’s license and insured vehicle.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care including bathing, grooming, and skin care.
• Assist with mobility and range-of-motion per the care plan.
• Support meals from preparation to feeding.
• Take and record vital signs as directed.
• Assist with medication self-administration.
• Maintain a clean, safe living space.
• Observe changes and report to supervising nurse.
• Document care provided per standards.
• Perform other duties as needed for patient services.
