Qualifications

• Previous Home Health or Hospice experience is a plus.
• Driver’s license is a bonus.
• CHHA - NJ preferred, training available.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with daily activities like moving in and out of beds.
• Care for patients by changing bed linens and assisting with personal care.
• Maintain records of patient care and discuss observations with supervisor.
• Build relationships with patients to keep them mentally healthy and alert.
• Administer medications and treatments.
• Engage patients in exercises or other activities.
