Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Read, write, speak and understand English as needed for the job.
• Valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance.
• High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home assistance with daily activities and personal care.
• Offer companionship through reading, music and puzzles.
• Assist with medications reminders and range-of-motion exercises as needed.
• Support dementia care and other tasks per care plan.
