Onyx Home Healthcare seeks a compassionate Home Health Aide to work one-on-one with clients in their homes, following individualized care plans in the Plymouth/Kingston area. You’ll be organized, detail-oriented, and committed to creating a safe, healthy environment while building meaningful relationships.

Responsibilities include assisting with ADLs, meal prep, transfers, light housekeeping, and documenting observations.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Home Health Aide program.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• One year of prior professional experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsabilités

• Assist members with ADLs including bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming.
• Support meal preparation and encourage healthy eating.
• Help transfers in and out of beds, baths or wheelchairs.
• Maintain a clean, safe home environment and light housekeeping.
• Keep accurate care records and communicate changes to the supervisor.
• Provide companionship and mental stimulation.
