All Ways Caring HomeCare is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide in-home support to clients in the Seattle area. You will assist with daily activities, helping to maintain independence and ensuring comfort and safety in clients' homes.

No prior experience is required; orientation and training are provided. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are essential. You will work independently with support from a caring team, enjoying flexible schedules and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High-quality communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities such as meals, housekeeping, and companionship.
• Support personal hygiene and mobility as needed.
• Provide transportation assistance to appointments and errands.
• Maintain confidentiality and document care as required.
• Follow care plans and escalate changes to supervisors.
