The position requires an active HHA 75-hour certificate, 40-hour certificate, and CNA license, with CPR certification preferred. Excellent communication and basic computer skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer skill proficiency. Ability to use Microsoft Windows.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and eating
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, promoting a positive and friendly environment
• Administer medications, as directed by healthcare professionals
• Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring the safety and well-being of clients
• Prepare and serve meals according to clients' dietary restrictions and preferences
• Perform light housekeeping duties, such as laundry, cleaning, and organizing
• Accompany clients to medical appointments and other outings, as needed
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all care provided
