Job summary

OurCare Health Services is hiring Home Health Aides (HHA) and Personal Care Aides (PCA) to work in Mahopac, NY. Caregivers must have reliable transportation and be ready to join the OurCare Network serving Westchester, Bronx, Putnam, and surrounding counties.

Qualifications

• HHA or PCA certificate.
• Valid Employment Authorization Documents.
• Ability to build rapport with patients.
• Ability to handle physical workload.
• Medical documents as required by NYS Dept. of Health.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine individualized care to the elderly or persons with disabilities.
• Monitor and report changes in patient health status.
• Provide personal care, such as bathing and dressing.
• Provide specialized healthcare.
• Experience in hospice, home health, or other related fields is a plus.
