Guardian Angel Senior Services is hiring Home Health Aides to provide in-home care for a senior client in Wayland, MA. You will support daily activities, assist with mobility, prepare meals, and ensure safety and comfort in the client’s home.

The role offers flexible scheduling, paid training, and opportunities for certification with free training and RN-guided instruction to earn your HHA credential. Mileage reimbursement and bonuses are included to recognize your dedication.

Qualifications

• HHA or CNA preferred (Free training available)
• If you are not certified or do not have caregiving experience, the company will provide FREE training through our Registered Nurse (RN). Upon successful completion of the training, you will earn your Home Health Aide (HHA) certification at no cost.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Light housekeeping
• Basic meal preparation
• Laundry and ironing clothes
• Medication reminders
• Follow care plans and safety guidelines
