Job summary

Active Day in Greenville is seeking Greenville Weekends Personal Care Aides to support clients with daily living activities, health monitoring, transportation, and in-home care.

You will maintain safety, assist with meals, hygiene, mobility, and communicate professionally with clients' families and care teams. A high school diploma or equivalent is required; 18+ age; certifications preferred; background checks are mandatory.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 18+ for non-driving roles; 21+ for driving roles.
• Background check and regulatory requirements.
• Valid driver’s license and insurance if driving.
• Prior health care or elder care experience preferred.
• Certification in Home Health Aide and/or CNA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist members with activities of daily living and personal care.
• Provide home support: light cleaning, laundry, shopping.
• Assist with meals and feeding.
• Observe for changes in condition; escalate when needed.
• Run errands and transportation support as required.
• Maintain safety and sanitary environments.
• Communicate professionally with members, families, and colleagues.
• Comply with policies, safety and regulatory standards.
• Support other duties as assigned.
