Job summary

MN Health INC in Saint Paul, MN is seeking a Part-Time Home Health Aide to deliver compassionate in-home care. You will assist residents with ADLs, monitor health, ensure safety, document notes, and coordinate with families and staff.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, ability to lift, and compliance with state regulations; shifts include overnights and mornings. Competitive hourly rate offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• CNA certification or similar preferred.
• Experience in caregiving or healthcare is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming and mobility.
• Monitor residents' health, report changes, and provide medication reminders if needed.
• Maintain a safe, clean environment following infection control and HIPAA rules.
• Record care notes and observations while keeping information confidential.
• Communicate with residents, families and team members to coordinate care.
• Assist with meals and engage residents in social and recreational activities.
• Follow Minnesota state regulations governing assisted living services.
