Job summary

TRU Healthcare in the Twin Cities is seeking a Part-time Home Health Aide (HHA) in Arden Hills, MN, for 6 hours per week. The role offers guaranteed 8AM-10AM shifts on Monday, Thursday and Friday plus additional hours.

Responsibilities

• Support independence: Help clients remain in their homes and maintain as much independence as possible.
• Assist with daily living: Provide assistance with personal care, mobility, hygiene, light housekeeping, and other activities of daily living.
• Build meaningful relationships: Get to know your clients and become a trusted, familiar part of their support system.
• Keep an eye on changes: Observe and report changes in a client's condition or needs to the appropriate member of the care team.
• Work as part of a team: Collaborate with Nurse Case Managers and other members of the care team to provide quality, compassionate care.
