Qualifications

• CNA or HHA certification is required.
• 2+ years of home care experience are required.
• Dementia care experience is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification is required.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle and auto insurance are required.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Provide companionship and conversation.
• Help with meal preparation and light housekeeping.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Transport clients to appointments or errands.
• Support clients with dementia and memory care needs.
• Observe and report changes in condition.
