BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a compassionate Home Health Aide to support clients in their homes in Waynesville, NC and surrounding areas. Earn $16.50 per hour with immediate start after completing required training, and be part of a team that values kindness and reliability.

You will perform personal care, light housekeeping, and essential daily living activities, while receiving ongoing support from a clinical manager and opportunities for advancement through our scholarship programs.

Qualifications

• Complete 40-hour Home Health Aide training provided by BAYADA.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living
• Light housekeeping
• Bathing and grooming
• Toileting and nail care
• Range of motion exercises
• Transfers using lifting devices
• Oral feeding
• Vital sign checks
• Home management tasks (laundry, meals, bed making)
• Assisting with ambulation
• Medication assistance
