As a Home Health Aide or CNA, you provide personal care, assist with daily living activities, housekeeping, meal planning, and escort residents to appointments, while upholding infection control practices.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Certified as a Home Health Aide, CNA, or GNA as per state and federal law.
• Experience with seniors is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and assist with activities of daily living.
• Support residents with routine housekeeping, meal planning and prep, pet care, closet organization, and kitchen chores.
• Escort residents to appointments and activities; promote psychosocial well‑being.
• Follow Infection Control & Prevention practices.
• Notify office/nurse of changes in a resident's condition.
• Maintain competency in required job skills and knowledge.
