SYNERGY HomeCare is hiring caregivers to provide non-medical in-home support, companionship, and daily living assistance. You will help clients with morning routines, personal care, light housekeeping, and medication reminders, while building trusting relationships with clients and their families.

Competenze

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Have at least 6 months of caregiver experience (unless you have CNA).
• Have or acquire CPR/First Aid certification (may obtain after interview).
• Be able to pass a national background check.
• A valid driver’s license, proof of car insurance/registration, and a reliable car.

Mansioni

• Provide attention to clients’ non-medical needs, including companionship and social engagement.
• Help clients get up in the morning, or down for the evening.
• Assist with personal care, dressing, grooming, incontinence, bathing, and ambulating including Hoyer Lifts.
• Assist clients with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
• Establish communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co‑workers.
